Casa Yurumein offers a conversational Garifuna language class with Milton Guity. Participants have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich Garifuna culture and language while learning from an expert in the field.

The class is held at Casa Yurumein, a community center located in the Bronx. The schedule is Friday evenings, from 6 to 8 p.m., from May 26 to July 14, 2023.

During the class, students have the opportunity to practice and improve their conversational skills in Garifuna. Milton Guity, an outstanding instructor and Garifuna language expert, guides participants through interactive exercises and discussions to strengthen their understanding and fluency.
