A significant meeting was held with Grupo Nuevo Amanecer in Trujillo, Honduras, a self-help collective dedicated to addressing vital issues such as HIV, mental health and community wellness. This meeting reaffirmed the group's commitment to provide mutual support, education and resources to those living with HIV and the community at large.

The Nuevo Amanecer Group has stood out for its comprehensive approach to promoting health and wellness. During the meeting, members discussed strategies to address the challenges faced by people living with HIV, as well as to promote awareness and access to medical care and emotional support.

In addition to HIV, time was devoted to mental health, recognizing the importance of addressing psychological well-being in the community. Self-care techniques, stress management and emotional support were discussed among group members.

Community welfare was also a central theme at the meeting. Ways to strengthen social ties and promote solidarity within the community were explored, with the goal of creating a more inclusive and compassionate environment for all.

The New Dawn Group meeting reflected the spirit of collaboration and empowerment that drives the group. Through mutual support and continuing education, they are working to build a healthier and more resilient community in Trujillo and beyond.
